Delicious 15 Minute Grilled Salmon


Sometimes we need something to eat that fast and quick and most of all delicious.  This meets all of the above.  For added taste marinate in the morning. Save some time and cook your rice in a rice cooker.  Enjoy 🙂


    • 1 1/2 lbs. salmon
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • salt and pepper to taste


1. Prepare grill.
2. In a small bowl, combine oil, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Using a pastry brush, brush salmon with herbed mixture.
4. Cook on barbecue until done (salmon is done when it flakes when tested with a fork.)Makes 6 servings (4 ounces salmon.)
Serve with steamed brown rice and green beans, broccoli, or asparagus.
