Happy Friday ~ Here’s 3 Things to Remember Over the Weekend

Its the weekend and you’ve worked hard.  Don’t let Friday or Saturday night ruin your efforts.

Limit your alcohol, its okay to enjoy 1 or 2 glasses of wine.

Get your workout in early Saturday if possible.  If your gym has a sauna or a steam room take some extra time to enjoy it.

If you know you are going to a party or a Harvest festival try to squeeze in a little bit extra to burn off that splurge item.

Get some z’s.  Sleep is when your body restores itself.

Happy Friday ~ Here’s a quick favorite snack to enjoy this weekend.

detox with food_kale_chips

1 nice bunch of kale massaged in 1-2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, sprinkled with Sea Salt ~ Cook in oven at 275 or 300 degrees and enjoy.
