6 Easy Ways to Drink More Water

In honor of Thirsty Thursday Here are some easy ways to get your daily water intake out of the way:

💦 wake up drink 16 ounces of Lemon or Lime water upon waking.

💦Drink 8-12 ounces of water 30 minutes before exercise

💦Drink water during your fitness routine, especially if its cardio day

 💦Studies show that if you drink 8-12 ounces 30 minutes before meals it will help you to lose weight due to the feeling of fullness

💦Utilize a water app to remind you to drink more

💦Drinking fruit infused water makes it look more enticing and encourages drinking.

By evening you will have drank over 8 glasses  or half your body weight of water.  Find out which is best for you.   Too much water is not good.

Be sure to monitor your intake according to your bed time, you don’t want to disturb your sleep pattern.
