WHY I ADDED BEACHBODY WORKOUTS TO MY PROGRAM: Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. That’s great, as a health coach I found myself restoring health and recommending Beachbody fitness programs although I wasn’t affiliated with Beachbody. I was searching trying to recreate the wheel for my clients and their specific needs which took time away from my family.
Someone asked me to look into adding Beachbody to my practice and I finally decided to take a complete look, not going by what I thought it was. I soon found out that Beachbody is more than fitness routines. They have nutritionist to create meal plans, guides and online community that was so nurturing and motivating it became very obvious that this was definitely for me. I still laugh because I have been doing the workouts for years. I had done programs for a while here and there before my back injury and after my surgery as part of my road to recovery. They have workouts that are effective whether you are a beginner or a novice trainer.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
