Day 23 ~ 30 Days of Thankfulness
Im so happy and thankful that I don’t mind giving a person a compliment, or a word of encouragement. Some people think it takes away from themselves when they do this and in actuality it doesn’t. This is another form of giving. Giving when looking from a poverty mindset will force you to hold onto things so tight that you aren’t able to receive.
Look at your hands. Hold them out in front of you, turn them over now hold them palms up. Now make a fist, hold it tight. Now imagine it starts to rain. You can’t cover your face because your fist are so tight.
Now imagine it’s raining money, not coins but dollars, not just $1 bills but hundreds. The only people that can get these bills are the ones who gave because their hands are now open to receive. This works when we open our minds to new concepts and ideas as well.
Randy Gage says if you aren’t re-inventing yourself, you are regressing. Every day is a day to do something different and better than yesterday.
Sow a seed of encouragement. Encourage someone today. A simple smile can warm a person’s heart, words can do more. This world is filled with so many problems that bring people down, be part of the solution that will lift them up. If you see someone doing something that’s positive and they’re trying; it’s okay to let them know they are on their way to greatness.

Day 17 – 30 Days of Thankfulness Why I am so happy and unafraid to A.S.K.
Have you ever noticed that kids especially toddlers love to ask for things over and over again until they wear you down and you eventually say Yes. Yes what is it. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re saying yes to lol 🙂 When it comes to your goals that’s how you need to be. You need to keep going after those goals with childlike intensity.
How can you receive if you don’t ask?
Ask for what you want and be precise. Take some time to write down the desires of your heart. Write the vision and make it plain
Seek the knowledge, the coach, the guidance, the information you need to get that which you desire. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. This is so true. You attract what you think about.
Knock by reaching out, take the leap, the class, the course. When you pay the door is opened. Payment doesn’t always mean cash. You can pay with time, with testimonies, when you interact, refer and recommend.
Don’t give up!!! You have to be persistent. Its like being on a social media feed, so much is going on you probably missed it. Not now, no response is not a NO. Keep pushing until you get a NO.
No doesn’t have to be looked at as negative. Remember, your next yes is behind that no. Getting a no means you are actually working. Go through your no responses until you develop a ratio to a yes. you may have to hear 9 no’s until you get 1 yes.
Persistency builds you. The more you do this the better you will become.
So remember to A.S.K. and Stay Persistent. Quitters never win and winners never quit.
Day 12 – 30 Days of Thankfulness
I’m am so glad that I got rid of the excuses, stopped procrastinating and made a decision to make the changes necessary to improve my life. I had to decide what was truly important. Why didn’t I think my health was a priority? Then I learned how to put myself first without feeling guilty. I’m so glad I did. There is not a day I regret my decision. I had to ask myself the real question which wasn’t how much is it going to cost me. The real question was: HOW MUCH IS IT COSTING ME NOT TO CHANGE MY LIFE?
I want you to ask yourself how much is it costing you to put off your health and wellness goals: doctor visit co-pays, eating out, that morning coffee that you can make at home, do you go to happy hour, do you drink or smoke, do you have to pay for medications?
These are the things I had to add up and the doctor visits, physical therapy and medications alone were costing me a mini fortune.
Have you ever had the desire to Procrastinate? Do you put yourself at the bottom of the list when it comes to planning for your family? Stop putting off today what you can do tomorrow; you will come to realize tomorrow never comes. Procrastination has been the death of many goals. This doesn’t have to be your story. You can get started today. Wouldn’t it be great to greet the new year 10, 20, 30 pounds lighter?

We spend the beginning of the year setting goals; and although we may not accomplish all of them, the MOTIVATION and ACTION to get them accomplished is where the lesson is and where the results are formed.
Everything starts with a VISION or your passion, some people call it a BURNING DESIRE.
Remember, you have the power to change your life! Every day is a new start, a new beginning. Let’s end the year strong. You are in control of what happens today.
Start dreaming about a thriving business, healthy, strong, body, and watch it become your reality. I encourage you to revisit your goals, write them down with a due date, tap into the support system, and turn your dreams into your reality.

Happy new month. As we get ready to say good bye to summer and hello fall, let’s set our intentions to make choices you can be proud of.
Losing weight isn’t about starving. I see so many quick fix programs and products that promote lose 5 pounds in a week. Did you know you can lose 5 pounds in a week from eating loads of nutritious foods! Don’t be fooled by these promotions. A healthy lifestyle is when you have learned what to eat and what not to eat. My intention is to help you to realize the foods that bring YOU the positive results that you want.
Eat, don’t starve yourself. Abs are made from the inside out. Inside your kitchen, not at the restaurant. Snack on fruit and vegetables between meals.
Stay positive. You become what you think about. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create. Visualize and create an action plan. Vision boards and goals don’t work unless you do.
Exercise. Do you eat out of boredom? Are you an emotional eater? If so, shift your behavior. Get up and move. Exercise boosts your mood, mental focus and metabolism; besides, sweat is good for the body, especially your skin.
At the end of the day you want to have a day, a week, a month, a year where you will look back and feel good about yourself and your choices.
